At Shop Elan, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed garments back into their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
